UNSOLICITED E-MAIL (SPAM):
Your privacy is very important to us. Be assured that, in accordance with privacy policy, we do not sell or distribute our any of our customer's information to third parties.
ORDER PROCESSING:
* Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend and public holidays).
* Orders leave our facility within 2 – 4 business days, depending on stock availability.
* Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday.
* Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
* You should contact us immediately for any urgent items on your order.
SHIPMENT LEAD TIME:
** Shipping time depends upon location and customs.
** New Zealand Delivery can take 1 to 4 business days plus our processing time as mentioned above.
** Overseas Delivery can take 7 to 12 business days plus our processing time as mentioned above.
STOCK UNAVAILABLE:
In the case you place an order for product that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery DrugStoreChemist will contact you via email and phone within 24-48 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you. You may wait until the product is available or replace the product with a substitute product, unless otherwise instructed.
In other case where you purchase a clearly stated the out of stock situation product, we will contact you immediately once it becomes available. We will process and charge your credit card only after the full order is all ready for dispatch, unless otherwise instructed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
DrugStoreChemist will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:
- All goods must be returned for New Zealand and Australia within 14 days of receipt
- All goods must be returned for the rest of the world within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds will only be given on faulty or damaged goods.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Postage and delivery costs are not refundable and an additional postage fee will be charged for all exchanges except for damaged goods.
- All goods to be exchanged must be returned as new (i.e. new, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition).
- A 10% handling fee of the value of the product will be charged.
NON RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS:
- All products listed as clearance items (with a short product expiry).
- A product with a clear statement displayed on its page as non refundable for your protection.
- Lost products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses and postcodes provided by the purchaser.
- Prohibited items that are detained or confiscated at your own customs.
WEBSITE SECURITY:
We use Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate that offers comprehensive authentication procedures (domain name and identity verification) with 128-bit encryption. This ensures that information is kept private while in transit between our web server and your web browsers. SSL technology provides for the safe transmission of personal information you give us because the information is encrypted. You can tell you have entered a secured area when you look at the Universal Resource Locator (URL) in your browser's address bar and see that it has "https://" before the rest of the Web address. The "S" means that the page is hosted from a secured server. Unsecured pages have URLs that begin with "http://" (without the "s"). Since we do not collect personal information in our product pages and health information areas, we do not use SSL to ensure a faster browsing experience. To confirm the SSL, a "lock" icon will appear at the bottom of your browser window when you are on any of the protected areas of our website (especially on checkout).

PRICES AND CURRENCY:
The core currency behind DrugStoreChemist prices is New Zealand dollars and your order will be transacted in this currency. This may result in a slight variation in price depending on the currency exchange rates at the time your credit card charge is processed. However any variation will be minimal.
Because exchange rates move continuously, the prices under international currencies on DrugStoreChemist may differ slightly to those advertised on some search engines. Please note DrugStoreChemist endeavors to keep its prices in line with those advertised. Prices are subject to change according to international currency rates and price changes by distribution channels without further notice. * For New Zealand orders, all prices include Goods & Services Tax.
