Delivery Times

We promise to provide you with timely and accurate delivery of products.  Your online order will typically be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received (working days only). If your chosen item is not available (not in stock) we will contact you promptly to provide an approximate delivery time and possible alternative.

Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders see below table (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, National Day, Easter and other holiday periods. Although Drugstorechemist cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Please note that for first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason. You may check your order status in "my account records".

Within New Zealand Delivery (Courier Bag)
Delivery is available to PO Boxes and private Bags as well as to street addresses.

Delivery targets are a guide only. We do not guarantee your item will arrive at its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to some remote areas may take a little longer, Please refer to the Postal Users guide (.pdf - 1,630kb) for further details.

Please Note: Saturday Delivery is not available to Rural Addresses.

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refusal by recipient.

a) The customer is responsible for the freight.
b) If the order is returned within 14 days in it original state we may issue a refund.

New Zealand Orders

If your parcel has been delivered according to the track and trace information, and it goes missing, Drugstorechemist will not be liable for this. We request you to arrange someone to be at home to receive the parcel or you can arrange it to be delivered at work.
