Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily with a meal.
Children 8 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

- Those prone to colds/flu, bronchitis
- Those who have high cholesterol or high blood pressure (long term)
Garlic has the following properties:
Antimicrobial action possesses anti-bacterial and anti-viral, anti-fungal activity recommended for building resistance.
Lowers blood viscosity - improving blood fluidity (thins blood). Helps reduce cardiovascular risk factors.
Activates fibrinolysis - the breakdown of fibrin. Helps reduce cardiovascular risk factors.
Inhibits platelet aggregation. (the bloods tendency to clot).
Mild vasodilation leads to improved capillary blood flow. Helps reduce cardiovascular risk factors.
Lowers blood cholesterol and triglycerides - double blind clinical studies have confirmed a lowering of blood lipids in patients with hypercholesterolaemia.
Helps lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients when used over a long period of time.
Anthelmintic - helps expel worms from digestive tract.
Precautions
Avoid in breastfeeding women.
Do not give to infants and small children – garlic may cause poisoning
Pregnancy – except for very short periods of time.
Since garlic "thins" the blood, it must be discontinued two weeks before and two weeks after surgery due to the risk of excessive bleeding.
Garlic should not be combined with blood-thinning drugs, such as Coumadin (warfarin), heparin, aspirin, or Trental (pentoxifylline).
