Ingredients
Purified deep sea fish oil (from Anchovies and Sardines), soft gel capsule (gelatin, water, glycerin), d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract.
No gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, artificial colors or flavors. Contains vitamin E derived from refined soybean oil.
Each 2 capsule serving provides:
DHA: 450 mg
EPA: 90 mg
other Omega-3: 40 mg

Purpose/Usage

DHA, which constitutes a large percentage of the brain, supports brain development during the last trimester of pregnancy when the unborn child's demand for neurological growth increases greatly. If added to the mother's diet, it can help prevent the depletion of the mother's store of DHA and support the developing baby's essential fatty acid needs.
Prenatal DHA provides 450mg of DHA, exceeding the minimum recommendations (300mg) of daily DHA intake.
