Dosage
Adults: Take one to two tablets daily with food or as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Products containing Selenium are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.

Purpose/Usage
- Supports Magnesium status in the body. Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency include: muscle spasms and cramps, muscle weakness, fatigue and lethargy, increased susceptibility to stress.
