Dosage
Apply evenly to the skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply at regular intervals, e.g. every 2 hours and especially after vigorous exercise or swimming to ensure required protection is maintained. This product may be used as a moisturiser with sun protection. It is recommended to wear protective clothing, hats and glasses when in the sun.
