Dosage
Servings per package: 66. Serving Size: 3g(1 level teaspoon)
To make a fruit smoothie, add to a blender 3 cups of tropical fruit juice, 3 level teaspoons of Spirulina powder and 1 banana and blend until smooth (makes 3 servings). Or, simply shake juice and Spirulina together. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Adults: Start-up dose: ½ teaspoon of powder daily.
Sustained energy/nutrition: 1 level teaspoon daily.
Optimum nutrition/special uses: Up to 3 level teaspoons daily or more as advised.
Children 12 years and under: Half the adult serving suggestion, sprinkle powder on food as desired.
