The Omega "multi" providing a balance of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. Complete Omega 3.6.9 combines EPA and DHA from wild Artic deep-sea fish, and GLA from sweet borage oil. This formula supports cardovascular health, brain function, positive mood, and healthy skin, hair, and nails.
