Comvita Bee Pollen Granules can be sprinkled on your favourite cereal, fruit or yoghurt to provide a tasty and nutritious supplement to your diet.
You can also spread it on toast with Comvita Honey.
Bee Pollen is a supplement and not a replacement to a balanced diet.

BEE POLLEN SMOOTHIE
2 cups skim or soya milk
1 tsp flaxseed or starflax oil (essential fatty acids)
1-2 tsp Manuka Honey
1 ? 3 tsp Comvita Bee Pollen (vitamins and energy)
1 tbsp lecithin powder or granules (for lowering cholesterol)
1 banana (potassium)
1 tsp vanilla essence(optional)
Into a blender put milk, oil, honey, Comvita Bee Pollen and vanilla ? blend on low.
Add lecithin, and banana. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy as an energy boosting breakfast drink.
Different ideas: try replacing the milk with plain yogurt.
Add ? tsp food yeast, 1 tbsp wheatgerm, or 1 tsp dolomite for extra goodness.
