Dosage
For the first 3 months start on 2 capsules twice daily with meals, later this can be reduced to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules daily.

BIOLANE Active GLME (Green Lipped Mussel Extract) 250mg
Glucosamine Sulphate 250mg
Boswellia serrata (containing Boswellic Acid 25mg) 600mg

Precautions
