Dosage
Snip off tip of capsule and sprinkle the contents onto a handkerchief or pyjamas.
Alternatively, squeeze onto a tissue, or into 600ml of hot water and inhale freely.
For infants between 3 and 6 months: squeeze into a tissue, placing it in the cot well away from the childs face.

Purpose/Usage
Decongestant capsules that help to clear blocked noses by inhaling the natural oils of pine, cinnamon and menthol.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes, nostrils and skin.
Not suitable for infants under 3 months.
