Purpose/Usage
Centrum Select 50+ has been specially adjusted to supplement the changing needs of men and women over 50 years.
Compared to regular Centrum, it contains increased levels of selected vitamins and minerals such as B group vitamins, folic acid, Vitamin E and C.
Centrum is Complete from A to Zinc.
Centrum Select 50+ contains 13 essential vitamins and 10 minerals including key anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants act as free radical scavengers. Free radicals are highly reactive substances which may occur in the body.
Precautions
The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. Taking more than 2500IU during pregnancy may cause birth defects. Selenium is toxic is high doses and shoudld not exceed 100 micrograms per day. Not intended for use in children unde 15yrs.
