Thompsons Menopause
Menoeze Forte
Dosage
One tablet per day with or immediately after any main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink.
Purpose/Usage
Menopace is an effective formulation for during and after the menopause, with 21 nutrients to balance hormones and defend against conditions associated with this time of change. In trials up to 85% of women found it effective.
Menopace has been approved by BUPA. This follows a review by BUPA of research evidence to support the Menopace formula. BUPA is a leading healthcare organisation in the UK, providing hospitals wellness centres, care homes and health insurance.
The advanced Menopace formula includes vitamin B complex, zinc and magnesium, three nutrients used by the body in the production of GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a precursor of the body's own hormone like substances which help regulate changes in hormone balance.
Menopace provides vitamin B complex, which is involved in the maintenance of the nervous system and brain function and may help contribute to a normal sense of well-being. It also contains moderate dietary levels (20mg) of Soy Isoflavone extract, to provide Daidzin, Glycetine and Genisein. Isoflavones are naturally.
Menopace? provides magnesium, zinc and vitamin D, to help maintain strong bones. These nutrients facilitate bone mineralisation, the uptake of calcium and may help maintain bone density. Menopace is designed to be taken in conjunction with a calcium supplement such as Osteocare. Bone health is particularly important for women during the menopause, since bone loss may accelerate from 0.1% to 3% per annum during this time.
Precautions
Menopace should not be taken on an empty stomach.
Menopace can be continued after the menopause for as long as required. Do not exceed the recommended tablet intake.
Menopace does not contain any drugs or hormones and is produced in accordance with high pharmaceutical standards of quality control, beyond those normally required for food supplements.
More Information
Why has Menopace been developed?
Menopace has been developed by a team of experts including highly qualified pharmacists and medical consultants, and is based upon solid scientific research evidence, as a nutritional safeguard for women during and after the menopause. The menopause marks the end of the reproductive period when the ovaries stop producing oestrogen. At this time certain vitamins and minerals are particularly important. Each Menopace? tablet contains an effective combination of nutrients, especially for this time. These include B vitamins, chromium and selenium. There's special emphasis on vitamin B6, zinc and magnesium too, which are used by the body in the production of G.L.A. (gamma linolenic acid). G.L.A. is a precursor of the body's own hormone like substances, which help regulate changes in hormone balance. Menopace? also contains vitamin D, which helps maintain calcium levels in the body. Altogether Menopace? provides 21 nutrients in a scientifically developed 100% vitamin and mineral formula.
How long does it take before experiencing any benefit in relation to health and general well being?
Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases we would expect the beneficial effects of the vitamins and minerals in Menopace to build over several weeks, with noticeable results in one to three months. A regular intake is recommended.
Medicines have benefits and some may have risks. Always read the label
carefully and use strictly as directed. If symptoms continue or you have
side effects consult your pharmacist or doctor immediately.
