Adults 10-20ml
Children 6-12 years, 5-10ml to be taken after meals and before going to bed at night, up to 4 times a day.
It is recommended that you do not lie down or go to bed immediately after taking Gaviscon.

Each 10ml does contains sodium alignate 500mg, sodium bicarbonate 267 mg, calcium carbonate 160mg
Purpose/Usage
Gaviscon Liquid helps relieve the burning pain of heartburn and the discomfort of indigestion ? helps protect further inflammation by forming a physical barrier to reflux.
The alginate ?raft? helps to keep gastric contents in place, thereby reducing the likelihood of these irritating the lining of the oesophagus.
