The buyer is responsible for determining and abiding by his/hers country's importation regulations. Any legal action that might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country, is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the purchaser.

Drugstorechemist is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect address's provided by the purchaser.

If for some reason after placing an order you decide to return the goods, you are responsible for the freight cost to you plus the cost to return the goods, and a refund will only be given once the goods have been returned and we have established that they are in a suitable condition to be re-sold.
