Set Up Your Internet Settings Correctly

This guide walks you through simple steps to configure your Internet Explorer 8 browser correctly when you:

  • Cannot login to our website
  • Cannot add products to your cart

These above problems are often caused by overly strict settings. By restoring them to default values will resolve the above problems.

 

The Steps are:

  1. Double-click to open your Internet Explorer, then make sure the top menu bar (with File, Edit, View etc) are showing. If not, then press the 'Alt' key on your keyboard to show



  2. Click Tools and then click 'Internet Options' at the bottom



  3. On the 'Internet Options' pop up window, click the 'Security' tab at the top



  4. At the bottom click the 'Reset all zones to default level' button, wait for the saving progress to be completed, then click the 'Apply' button at very bottom to save the setting



  5. Click the 'Privacy' tab at the top to display privacy settings



  6. Under 'Settings', click the 'Default' button, then click the 'Apply' button at the very bottom



  7. Click 'Ok' to return to shopping on our website
